Madson Gardens

RH Community Builders has partnered with Tulare County to create 50 units of supportive housing. Once known as The 99 Palms Motel, the site will be renamed Madson Gardens and provide permanently affordable housing to households who have experienced homelessness in Tulare County. The project, a part of The State of California’s Homkey 2.0, was awarded funding in March 2022 and is expected to be occupied in Winter 2023.
