The Park 1309
The Park 1309, completed in Spring 2023 renovated the former San Joaquin Hotel in North West Fresno. A Homekey 2.0 project funded by The State of California, provides 69 units of affordable housing to students enrolled at Fresno City College who have experienced homelessness and are pursuing higher education
