About Rodeway Inn

The former Rodeway Inn motel was acquired by RHCB Development in October 2023 and will serve as a community resource with a variety of services onsite. The site will offer service enhanced sheltre focused on permenantly housing individuals with a variety of services to meet their needs. Additionally, the site will offer the first ‘Post Short Hospitalization Housing Program’ in Fresno County, part of the State of California’s Department of Health Service California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM), offering additional housing support for individuals who have completed a residential treatment program.

Initial renovations will include safety and security updates, landscaping, and unit improvements.
