The Hacienda
The Hacienda was purchased in 2018 with approximately 30% of the property in habitable condition. In less than 2 years, the property was fully renovated with each building built out to the needs of future tenants.
The final piece of the property, the storied pool, was completed in 2023 and now provides an oasis from the Fresno summers.
The Hacienda is home to a full continuum of care including emergency shelter, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing (PSH), inpatient & outpatient substance abuse treatment, and outpatient mental health services. The Hacienda is also home to the Jane Addams Community Development Corporation (CDC), which supports the local development of the neighborhood. The Hacienda is a community resources that offers services for all.
