About Traveler’s Motel

RHCB Development has been awarded $16,059,000 from Homekey round 3 to aquire and redevelop the Traveler’s Motel in Modesto. Homekey, a state initiative aimed at rapidly increasing the affordable housing in California communities, has a track record of providing quality units to communities quickly. In parrtnership with the City of Modesto, RHCB Development will create 55 units of permanent supportive housing that will offer onsite services including case management, mental health services, and peer support. 38 units will be dedicated to youth ages 18-25.
